About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven SFMC Specialist to support the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SFMC modules such as Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Contact Builder, and a strong grasp of data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute dynamic, personalized email and cross-channel marketing campaigns in SFMC
  • Manage data extensions, segmentation, and automation using SQL, AMPscript, and scripting tools
  • Build and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio
  • Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external platforms via APIs or connectors
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and data teams to align campaign strategies with business goals

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on SFMC experience (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, etc.)
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and HTML/CSS for email
  • Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, and personalization
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s) a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without employer sponsorship

Preferred Experience:

  • Integration experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud
  • Familiarity with Data Cloud, Mobile Studio, or Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio)
  • Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
