About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Cloud Professional with proven expertise in CRM platforms and Marketing Cloud technologies. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives at the intersection of data management, customer experience, and marketing automation. You will play a key part in enabling data-driven strategies, ensuring seamless integration of customer data, and maximizing the value of CRM and Marketing Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage Salesforce Data Cloud (or comparable CDP platforms) to unify, cleanse, and activate customer data.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and IT teams to define data strategies that improve personalization, segmentation, and campaign performance.
  • Integrate CRM data (Salesforce, Dynamics, or other CRM tools) with Marketing Cloud to ensure consistent, real-time customer insights.
  • Configure and optimize customer journeys, automation workflows, and audience segmentation within Marketing Cloud.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, identity resolution, and consent management frameworks to support compliance and scalability.
  • Monitor and analyze data quality, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on CRM + Marketing Cloud integrations, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Marketing Cloud platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) or similar data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, APIs, and ETL processes.
  • Experience in customer segmentation, marketing automation, and personalization strategies.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce certifications such as Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of adtech integrations, advertising audiences, and omni-channel activation.
