About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of CRM & Marketing Technology (MarTech) to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our customer engagement platforms. This leader will oversee CRM, marketing automation, personalization, data integration, and analytics to enable customer-centric marketing and measurable business growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on expertise in platforms such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CDPs, and other enterprise MarTech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a CRM and MarTech strategy aligned with business growth, customer engagement, and digital transformation goals.
  • Lead a team of CRM, marketing automation, and analytics professionals to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee implementation, integration, and optimization of platforms such as Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CDPs, and personalization tools.
  • Drive data strategy for audience segmentation, personalization, and customer journey orchestration.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of CRM/MarTech tools.
  • Ensure marketing technology stack supports lead management, campaign automation, reporting, and attribution.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging MarTech solutions for scalability and ROI.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and continuously optimize CRM and marketing programs.
  • Uphold compliance with privacy and data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • Serve as a thought leader for CRM and MarTech best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in CRM, MarTech, or digital marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce (CRM & Marketing Cloud), CDPs, automation, and personalization platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of data-driven marketing, customer journeys, segmentation, and analytics.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-wide technology solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of driving measurable ROI.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or related platform certifications.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, SQL, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Experience leading large-scale CRM/MarTech transformation initiatives.
