About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven SFMC Specialist to support the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SFMC modules such as Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Contact Builder, and a strong grasp of data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute dynamic, personalized email and cross-channel marketing campaigns in SFMC
- Manage data extensions, segmentation, and automation using SQL, AMPscript, and scripting tools
- Build and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio
- Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external platforms via APIs or connectors
- Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and provide recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and data teams to align campaign strategies with business goals
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on SFMC experience (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, etc.)
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and HTML/CSS for email
- Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, and personalization
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s) a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without employer sponsorship
Preferred Experience:
- Integration experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud
- Familiarity with Data Cloud, Mobile Studio, or Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio)
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
